<p>If you don&#8217;t listen to what your body and mind are saying then you could be led up the garden path or off the main road to health, wealth and happiness and because you are led up the garden path it means that you are going further away from what you really desire the most.</p>
<p>If you are not focusing on what you want and noticing the opportunities coming your way to help you create it then you will probably beat around the bushes until you get to the point where you realize your life is not heading where you want it to go and listening to your intuition may just guide you to reaching your goals and living your dreams.</p>
<p>What do you do when you are driving down the road and you see a pot hole? You automatically (if possible) steer around it to avoid going in it. This means you are looking after your vehicle. Similar to your body and mind. You need to steer yourself around the potholes in life to get to where you are going and keep yourself in tip top shape to fully experience the joy and happiness along the way.</p>
<p>If you haven&#8217;t written down where you are heading in life then you can easily get distracted and vear off course. Until you can recognise the signs that you are heading towards a pot hole you will probably end up in it, unless you become more aware of how to avoid them and stay focused, now!</p>

<p>I am sharing a common theme here. If you are a &#8216;control freak&#8217; then you are probably too worried about getting it right rather than just having a go. Am I right?</p>
<p>Are you willing to let go of controlling every other thing so that you can take control of the one thing in your life that counts?</p>
<p>Becoming a leader of yourself will allow you to become the person you need to be. Everything else will come from this. Leading yourself, your thoughts, your feelings and your actions will help you to reach your goals and live your dreams, now!</p>
<p>Leadership is not about having control of things and people, it is about having power without control. Your power is limitless if you let go of control and be guided by your inner strength.</p>
<p>Listening to your inner voice allows you to be guided by a higher power where everything is abundant and beautiful.</p>
<p>Letting go and trusting that whatever you want, whatever you need, whatever you desire, is already yours, as long as you are leading yourself by your inner guidance and letting go of controlling everything else.</p>

<p>Most people love to eat chocolate in some form and what I have noticed in my clients is that the chocolate actually helps them feel better in some way. If you already have a million things to do at once and one more comes along, your resources cannot stretch any further so you reach for the chocolate.</p>
<p>It gives you a feeling. Have you ever wondered how you can turn that feeling on without the chocolate which helps you overcome whatever it is that you think the chocolate is fixing? I know I used to think that the first and easiest thing to grab that did the job was chocolate until I discovered what was really going on.</p>

<p>Thousands of people skip breakfast everyday. Is this really healthy?</p>
<p>If you think about how you feel in the morning compared to the afternoon you can appreciate that most people are getting tired by the end of the day.</p>
<p>If you consume high quantities of nutritional fuel in the morning then it keeps you going for longer and because you are filling your body with high nutritional food it means that your body is running at optimum performance. As the day goes on your body starts running low on energy.</p>
<p>Most people think that at this time they have to refuel their body and consume the most to restore what they have used and because they are going to bed they won&#8217;t be near a fuel bowser all night so they fill up even more. Depending on what you consume will determine how you finish the day and how you will wake tomorrow. This can also have a rebound affect on what you fuel your body with the next morning.</p>

<p>The most common thing that most people think about when wanting to lose weight and improve their health is adding more exercise to their daily routine.</p>
