Are you a chocolate lover?
Most people love to eat chocolate in some form and what I have noticed in my clients is that the chocolate actually helps them feel better in some way. If you already have a million things to do at once and one more comes along, your resources cannot stretch any further so you reach for the chocolate.
It gives you a feeling. Have you ever wondered how you can turn that feeling on without the chocolate which helps you overcome whatever it is that you think the chocolate is fixing?
